RETURN POLICY

 ALL IN-STORE PURCHASES HAVE 7 DAYS TO RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY WE OFFER NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

ALL ONLINE ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE BUT CAN BE EXCHANGED.

Exchange
Jacqueline's Boutique ONLINE ORDERS ONLY offers return for store credit ONLY. Our policy lasts 48 hours. You have 48 hours to return for store credit or exchange. If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a credit/exchange, all exchanges must be authorized by emailing HELLO@SHOPJACQUELINES.COM and must be sent within 48 hours. Someone will return a follow up email Tuesday - Friday between the hours of 11AM - 5PM (ET). Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ship the items in unworn, unaltered condition with all tags attached to:

Accessories, sale items and purchases made with a discount code are all final sale and may not be returned. Again, Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE ONLY. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale merchandise. If we receive return of sale merchandise it will be shipped back to the customer.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchanges or Store credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed or an exchange will be shipped out to you. Store credit will automatically be applied to your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the carrier itself.

Orders are fulfilled Tuesday - Friday between the hours of 11am - 5pm (ET) again allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared.

Please allow 5-7 business day for your order to be shipped during sales. (Example) Black Friday, Flash sales or Holiday sales.
