Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Jacqueline’s we’re happy to accept your return for STORE CREDIT ONLY or exchange for different size. We offer NO REFUNDS.
Luckily, our return/exchange instructions on the returns sheet makes sending it back hassle free. Please make sure you contact us for the return/exchange sheet. Just send us over an email at HELLO@SHOPJACQUELINES.COM and we’ll be happy to help you out.
Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 3 days of receipt. We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 3 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after will be returned to you.
When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a credit or an exchange.
Some items are not eligible for a Credit like Accessories, sale items, swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie and purchases made with a discount code are all final sale and may not be returned. Again, Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE ONLY. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale merchandise. If we receive return of sale merchandise it will be shipped back to the customer.
TOPS & DRESSES:
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted .
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Jacqueline’s when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
