WE OFFER NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS & NO CANCELLATIONS. Store credit only. Items purchased from JACQUELINE’S LLC are eligible for store credit within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please email us for further instructions. Once approved you have 3 business days to return your order back to us. Return must be scanned by postal office within the 3 days.  

Customer are responsible for return shipping .

NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.

Defective Items:
All defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
Do you offer return labels?

We do not offer return labels but hope to as we grow in the future!

Where do I send my return to?

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.


Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.

  • All hats
  • All shoes
  • All jewelry
  • All intimates 
  • All sale items ( even items made with a discount code)

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit.
