First & foremost, thank you for your patience, and please stay safe and wash your hands daily! We at Jacqueline’s are closely monitoring the outbreak of COVID-19(Coronavirus) and the impact it is having globally. As always, the health and safety of our customers and our employees are our # 1 priority. Based on guidance from the World Health organization, Center for Disease Control, public health agencies & the Mayor of West Chester we have closed our West Chester store and phone line temporarily until further notice. Alternatively, you can reach us by email 24 hours a day, seven days a week (Email: hello@shopjacquelines.com). Our goal is to ease any questions & concerns during this confusing time.

Our Shipping department is shipping orders as usual. Kindly note that all clothing items are individually sealed in their respective plastic bags to limit garment exposure to outside elements. Understandably there may be some service interuptions in certain areas around the world. We encourage to stay in touch with your local postal service for updates on their services, and we will do our best to update you with any information we may have.
